Submitting or preparing an enquiry does not create a booking, contract or guarantee of availability. Services, responsibilities, fees, payment terms and cancellation conditions will be confirmed separately in writing before an arrangement becomes binding.
Independent suppliers
Where third-party lodges, transport providers, activity operators or other suppliers are involved, their own terms and conditions may apply. The Getruida Standard will communicate relevant arrangements with care but cannot control events or services outside its reasonable responsibility.
Travel responsibility
Travellers remain responsible for valid passports, visas, insurance, health requirements and compliance with official travel rules. Appropriate comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Intellectual property
The Getruida Standard name, original writing, brand materials and website presentation may not be copied, republished or commercially used without written permission. Some destination photographs are used under applicable stock-photography licences; authentic personal images remain the property of their respective owner.
