Information you choose to share
When you prepare an enquiry or request Letters from Namibia, this website opens a message in your own email application. The website itself does not save your name, email address or enquiry details. Information is received only when you choose to send that email.
How information may be used
Information you send may be used to respond to your enquiry, understand your travel or partnership requirements, prepare appropriate service recommendations, maintain relevant correspondence and send Letters from Namibia when you have requested them.
Sharing and service providers
Your information is not sold. It may be shared only when reasonably necessary to respond to your request, arrange an agreed service, comply with law or protect legitimate rights. Where a journey requires coordination with a lodge, transfer provider or other supplier, only relevant information will be shared.
Email and retention
Email correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for client service, business administration, legal obligations and legitimate record-keeping. Email services may process information according to their own privacy practices.
Photography
Guest photographs will be published only where appropriate permission has been obtained. If you believe an image or personal detail should be reviewed or removed, please contact us.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information held by The Getruida Standard, subject to applicable legal requirements. You may also withdraw from Letters from Namibia at any time.
